"Mutual Development of Technologies and
Governance"was very suggestive and I understand that the author's example gives
the reality to his 4Propositions that he gives. So, I would like to know who can
do govern mutual development process of technologies and governance. I may have
given an example by Technology Policy Staff in this SIG of ISSS 2002.But it is
surely a part of the governance process.

Hi,
Thought provoking question, and
perhaps the most critical one. Annaleena and I believe mutual governance comes
from each participant being willing and able to govern their selves, and then
coming to the interdependence table with that degree of independence and the
responsibility asociated with it. Would like to see more of your paper from last
year on this or related toipcs. Where can I find it?
Will
you be in Crete on Monday?
Most truly,
David
